چکیده
The study results of self-regulation mechanisms mental states and the development regulatory abilities reveal stable functional complexes that perform a control function in ensuring process educational activities. aim is to effectiveness states’ methods students with different levels reflection. sample consists 68 first-year Institute Psychology Education Kazan Federal University. research was carried out context seminar lecture. Students high efficiency during activity mostly experience calmness, interest concentration. level reflexivity often resort such as actualization positive memories; they use active passive release rest. Found low reflection are less inclined analyze their own actions.
